The Recruitment Process

The Interview Process
Most agencies conduct three to four interviews with a new candidate. The first interview is typically a one hour phone or video interview. If both parties show continued interest, a personality profile is administered by the agency, followed by additional in person interviews. We work as a liaison between the candidate and the agency throughout this process and help both sides to negotiate starting compensation with any job offer.
